Avotaco started as a Taco Truck that quickly built a strong following all over the island of Malta - A go-to for diners seeking out a taste for Fast-Casual Mexican Cuisine.

In 2018 our plan was to elevate Avotaco, turning it into Malta’s newest up and coming Mexican food brand whilst continuing to serve the food that started it all in a casual and vibrant atmosphere.

At Avotaco we only use fresh, high-quality ingredients and our menu natively offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options, catering to contemporary diets and intolerances.

Our food inspired by traditional Mexican taquerias and restaurant experiences blended with our Executive Chef Andre Camilleri’s culinary touch.

Our vision is to become the natural choice when selecting a fast-casual restaurant and an alternative to high street comfort food.
